meet hannah

Hannah is a multi-passionate creative and the "Han" behind "Han Haus". A Colorado native, she grew up in Castle Rock and attended Colorado State University where she studied Journalism and Media Communication, with minors in Global Environmental Sustainability and Sociology. After many adventures abroad, a couple years in NYC, and various professional endeavors spanning from social media to graphic design, healthcare to hospitality, she returned to Colorado for a personal hiatus.

It was during this time that she realized her passions for conscious living and built environments. Hailing from a family of artists, furniture makers and home builders, it's no wonder that she acquired a love for design and development. As a result, she enrolled in Heritage School of Interior Design and subsequently worked for a Boulder-based residential interior design firm on a handful of high-end new build and renovation projects.

Still itching to be more involved in the housing market, she attended Armbrust Real Estate Institute and obtained her Colorado real estate license. Hannah's driven by the desire to create meaningful connections and improve livelihoods for her community and beyond. Her innate ability to identify potential in otherwise overlooked opportunities, combined with her unique vision, distinguish her as a designer, developer and broker.
