Design Support Subscriptions:

Monthly dues are an upfront payment for a specified amount of support hours according to your plan.

Subscription Limits:

All plans have weekly limits to appropriately distribute design support hours. They are as follows:

• Mini: No more than 5 hours per week / Up to 20 hours per month

• Midi: No more than 10 hours per week / Up to 40 hours per month

• Maxi: No more than 15 hours per week / Up to 60 hours per month

Hourly Overages:

Additional / a la carte hours will be billed at $50/hr and are subject to availability.

Rollover Policy:

Hours are reset each month and may not be accumulated.

Hours of Operation:

Design support is offered during regular business hours, M-F 9AM-5PM.

Vacation Policy:

Specified time off will be prorated back to client at a daily rate.
